Réservation facile via leur site web. La voiture était prête à l’heure convenue. Juste le temps de signer le contrat et hop, nous avons pu quitter l’agitation touristique de Flåm pour explorer les environs. Voiture impeccable, conforme à la description. Very disappointing booking experience. I have followed up twice on email for confirmation of my booking. I also called thier hotline today at 9:20 am local time. The person who picked up the phone was impolite and refused to provide any help.

I asked him whether multiple emails I sent have been received, he said he didn’t know. When I asked if my car was reserved, he didn’t even bother asking my name and booking details, but  straight up told me their company didn’t have my booking. As my booking wasn’t secured according to your staff, I then asked him to help me in reserving a car, he said he didn’t know how to do it and told me to wait for an email reply. I understood car rental company could be short staffed during holiday season, so when I asked him when I can expect a response for my request, he also said he didn’t know. This is utterly frustrating as their staff fail to answer or provide a response to every single of my enquiry. My husband and I are trying to celebrate our anniversary in Flam, the confusing booking process has let us down and make it extra difficulty for us to plan our trip ahead.

We are very satisfied with the car rental. The car was fine and we were even able to get a 7-seater, there were no problems with the inspection of already existing damages and they offered a great service! We lived in Aurland which means that it is not so easy to get the car from Flåm, but they even offered us a pickup in Aurland for both times which made it very easy for us. We had originally booked with the other car rental place in town but are SO happy we switched a few days before our trip. The other car rental place seems to be a scam according to the reviews.
It was extremely easy to book a car here. Rune was very quick to respond to my request and we had a car booked within 24 hours. The office is a quick walk from the Flåm train station. Our car was very clean and we had no trouble with it at all. Pick up and drop off was extremely easy. Rune gave us everything we needed for an amazing trip in the Flåm area.
